How XpressMeds handles personal and health information.
Information we collect
We collect contact details, service selections, questionnaire responses, fulfilment preferences, and operational notes needed to assess and manage a request.
Health information is treated as sensitive data and should only be accessed by authorised team members involved in clinical review, dispensing, support, or governance.
How information is used
Information is used to assess eligibility, support pharmacist or prescriber review, manage fulfilment, maintain audit trails, and respond to patient support queries.
Clinical decisions must be made by appropriately qualified professionals using the full patient context.
Operational controls
Admin access is protected by authenticated sessions. Production request storage should use the configured database backend with appropriate backups and access controls.
Patients may be asked for further information where submitted details are incomplete or raise clinical safety questions.
